Wade Ambrose- Recruitment Consultant
Wade started with Men @ Work in mid 2007 after spending the past fifteen years within the Job Network industry. Wade has fulfilled numerous roles including Job Placement Officer/ Case Manager/ Administration and Account Management before being introduced to Business Development Management with Men @ Work. Wade’s position of Recruitment Consultant is predominately focused on the sales and new business generation within the Caloundra, Caboolture and North Brisbane regions. Men @ Work has had the pleasure of nurturing Wade’s existing skills in order to train and guide Wade to become more than competent in his role as Recruitment Consultant for Men @ Work.

Cara Morrissey- Job Placement Officer
The role of Job Placement Officer involves filling all short notice/ temporary job positions and the first point of call for communicating effectively between candidates and clients- as you would imagine; this is a highly stressful position that Cara seemingly copes with effortlessly. Cara’s time management and customer service skills have been fine tuned over the past 2 ½ years with Men @ Work, allowing her to effectively fill job positions, while also assisting with administration and payroll duties. Louise Collins- Financial Controller
Before starting with Men @ Work 1 year ago, Louise successfully operated as the Qld State Manager of numerous retail accessory stores. Louise accepted a career change to become Men @ Work’s Financial Controller, which has demonstrated her high attention to detail and perfectionism in organising and managing all accounting details. As well as fulfilling this extensive role, Louise also assists with general administration requirements with a focus on customer service and ability to provide understanding and assistance in all situations.

Stacey Walpole- Administration/ Assistant Training Coordinator
Stacey has recently stepped up to accepting two different positions at Men @ Work, one of which is administration of all ‘behind the scenes’ labour hire and recruitment needs while also assisting the Training Coordinator in providing detailed information on course requirements and specifications. Stacey’s previous experience was spent in reception/ administration for a major building material supplier. Having been susceptible to the blue collar industry Stacey has been able to adapt to the requirements of this position. Stacey’s knowledge has expanded dramatically throughout the 2 ½ years of working with Men @ Work and has since demonstrated her ability to multi task and work in a highly efficient manner.

Carl Olofsson- Sales Manager
Carl first started with Men at Work as a Sales Consultant in October 2004 bringing with him an extensive array of experience within the sales sector. During this time Carl has constantly achieved and exceeded Monthly targets and budgets. Carl was promoted to Sales Manager in 2006. He is now in charge of overseeing all aspects of our Sales team, both on the Sunshine Coast and at our Maryborough office. Carl has a wealth of information in relation to all areas of the business. He has an easy going nature and is always available to speak to our clients and candidates.

Andrew Rohl- Recruitment Consultant/ Area Manager/ WHSO (Maryborough)
Since Andrew started with Men @ Work 2 ½ years ago, he has offered a large amount of experience and knowledge from the civil, mining, engineering and construction industries. Andrew has taken on a Managerial position with Men @ Work and overlooks all processes and transactions for our Maryborough office. Andrew’s approach to managing business development and internal/ external staff is completed with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and respect. Andrew commits himself heavily to his position and offers an efficient and effective service.

Justine Maker- Recruitment Consultant
Having achieved a Bachelor of Business (HRM) and gained 2 years experience within the recruitment industry, Justine’s skills and qualifications have proved themselves invaluable for her success at Men @ Work. Justine previously worked as a Job Placement Officer, and has stepped up to a position that heavily involves Business Development Management. Justine’s area of focus is Maroochydore, Kunda Park and Kawana. Justine’s bright personally and ability to build and nurture relationships has given her the ability to excel dramatically with exceeding all monthly and weekly targets.

Natalie McIntyre- Payroll/ Office Manager
Natalie’s involvement in Men @ Work has been invaluable since husband Neil McIntyre became the director. Natalie has attained the position of Payroll and Office Manager and has successfully maintained low turnover and high productivity within all internal staff. Natalie has the ability to make fast and effective decisions under the ‘pump’ and provides an up beat and interesting personality within the office. Natalie has been committed to achieving constant growth for Men @ Work and as such, has been able to reap the benefits with a strong business base.

Neil McIntyre- Director
Neil is a hands on director and therefore has the ability to recognise potential and change processes for the better. Neil holds a proactive position within the company, often accompanying Jacob (Safety on Site) and Daniel (Safety on Site) in the vans; bringing back memories when Neil was the sole Recruitment Consultant and founder of ‘Safety on Site’. Neil assists with executive decision making… but don’t ask him to use a computer! Neil loves a chat and has all the time in the world for those who put the effort in to work hard and achieve goals at hand.

Cindy Miles- Job Placement Officer/ Office Administration (Maryborough)
Cindy offers a bright and bubbly personality when dealing with all administration and job placement procedures. Cindy’s previous experience was within the retail, government and administration sectors before Men @ Work realised the potential for Cindy to become the highly effective Office Administrator and Job Placement Officer that she now is. Cindy’s customer service is beyond outstanding, offering an approachable and friendly persona, enabling her to establish long lasting client and candidate relationships.

Chris Mason- WHSO/ Trainer/ Rehabilitation Officer
Chris was employed by Men @ Work three years ago after he successfully completed ‘contract work’ through Men @ Work for a couple of years prior. Chris’s experience has included years in the trade industry and as a WHSO for a very large company in Gladstone. After proving his value to Men @ Work while completing contract work, Chris was offered a position to manage all WHS procedures on a full time basis. Chris has been able to keep Lost Time Injuries (LTI) to an absolute minimum while acting on incidents and queries in a highly efficient manner. Chris’ knowledge is vast and is always available for any clients who may need his expertise or guidance.

Suzie McIntyre- QA Manager/ Payroll Coordinator/ Rehabilitation Officer
Suzie joined Men @ Work four years ago as a part time Payroll Coordinator and has since taken on the roles of Quality Assurance Manager and Rehabilitation Officer. Her past experience in accounts, recruitment and banking has assisted Suzie in making a smooth transaction between positions. Suzie spends every Wednesday processing all pays and generating invoices, which she is able to do to extreme precision. Although Suzie is ‘flat out’ with her duties, she enjoys chatting to clients and candidates and assisting with the most important; relationship building and conflict management.

Brett Marsh- Training Coordinator/ WHSO
Brett Marsh joined Men @ Work five years ago as a Recruitment Consultant and has since taken on the role of Training Coordinator of our ‘Training Solutions’ division. Brett’s previous experience was many years as a Bank Manager after deciding to take his career in a different direction. The progress achieved by Brett in our Training Solutions has been outstanding, with an increased variety of courses now available. Brett is extremely persistent and committed to achieve any task at hand which has proved to be vital in our ‘Training Solutions’ development.

Julie Fattore- Safety On Site; Sales (Maryborough)
Julie has successfully operated our ‘Safety on Site’ division in the Maryborough region for the past 18 months. During this time, Julie has proved invaluable in establishing and maintaining client relationships, with a constant growth rate of sales in this area. Julie is a bright and friendly lady, who has the ability to provide detailed information on any PPE equipment available; given her previous experience of operating a camping/ safety store in the Darwin area.

Jacob Bell- Safety On Site; Sales
Jacob experience spans back to Branch Managing a leading hire equipment provider, after spending 8 years in this position, Jacob was seeking a change. While this position is very different from what Jacob was used to, there are also many similarities that Jacob has been able to transfer his valuable skills to, and attain an excellent success rate. Jacob’s sense of humour and understanding of urgency allows him to service our clients needs to perfection. Jacob’s area of focus is the Maroochydore, Caloundra, Caboolture and Brisbane areas; with a heavy commitment of achieving his absolute best, Jacob is available at your request to provide information on any PPE available.

Daniel Watson- Safety On Site; Sales
Daniel has recently come from a mechanical background, and again looking to expand his skills and seek a more customer focused position. Men @ Work was able to identify Daniel’s flair for sales and his up beat personality to offer him a position in our ‘Safety on Site’ van. Since starting with us, Daniel has achieved a healthy amount of sales and thoroughly enjoys his position. Dan’s area of focus is the Maroochydore, Noosa and Gympie areas, and is available at your convenience to provide his knowledge and understanding of the range of PPE we sell.

Hayley McRailed- Safety on Site Coordinator/ Sales
Since joining the Men @ Work team recently, Hayley has so far made an impressive stance on organisation, time management, customer service and sales. Having come from a predominately administration background, Hayley has proved herself perfect for her position of Safety on Site Coordinator. Hayley’s attention to detail and ability to handle stress well has allowed her to succeed in increasing sales and keeping on costs to a minimum. A large part of Hayley’s position is liaising with suppliers and clients and has sustained a positive image for Men @ Work by conducting herself in such a professional manner.
